The hotel has a stylish design and overall looks great. However, the coffee machine in the room was not usable due to an inaccessible plug, which was a bit frustrating. The service was exceptional, especially with the quick resolution of issues and the addition of a superb breakfast. The location, although not up to European or Asian 4-star standards, offers a superb view of Trogir just across the bridge. The dining experience was of a high standard, although there were a few missed menu items. The facilities were well-maintained and provided a range of services.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful surprise, from the beautifully renovated rooms with a lovely view to the superb breakfast and cozy beds that made my experience excellent. However, the hotel seemed a bit unorganized at times.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel with impeccable service and a beautiful room providing a great view over Trogir. Although the location was a bit noisy and hectic due to its proximity to Split airport and a busy roadside, the hotel offered fantastic comfort and a friendly atmosphere.
The hotel offers overwater rooms with a unique Nordic luxury touch, spacious and well-designed. The service is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel like part of the hotel family. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the old city with a stunning seafront view. The dining experience was delightful with a great menu selection. However, there were some issues with sunbed reservations and proximity to the airport.
My stay at the hotel was simply amazing! From the beautiful suite to the superb breakfast and cozy beds, everything exceeded my expectations. The welcoming and friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt well taken care of, making my experience truly exceptional. The only downside was the slight inconvenience of water all over the floor during breakfast, which was not very pleasant.
The hotel has a beautiful Nordic and luxury design, especially in the ocean-facing rooms, which are spacious and pretty clean. The service is top-notch with incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who go above and beyond. The location is nice and very close to Trogir city center, offering high-quality services. The dining experience is exceptional with a vast selection to choose from, but there might be limited space in some rooms and locations not up to the hotel's level.
